Publisher's Synopsis
Markus Overly wrote Oath of Office Means Nothing in Washington State after the injustices he suffered, knowing that the people who violated his rights were also lawyers, judges, and elected officials who took part in this conspiracy. All the facts of his case are on court documents, and he firmly believes that this kind of injustice is going on nationwide. These taxpayer employees also took an oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution and the clients they represent. Unfortunately, the nation has watched in horror the Trump supporters who have a total disregard for the Constitution and blatantly violate their oath of office to the American people. The worst part is the ABA and state bars just, frankly, don't care what kind of behavior their lawyers are engaged in. Their first priority is to protect and defend the lawyers instead of immediately investigating and aggressively disbarring all who show and act with total discontent to the US Constitution they swore to defend. Their oath of office means nothing.
