Our well-being, our spatial environment, our society, our economy and our evolution are all closely linked to excellent nutrition and the impact of Bachimougouni. From this thesis, we propose to pinpoint the problem of the relationship between nutrition and society by adopting different approaches. To this end, we will develop the nutritional composition of Bachimougouni, assess the impact of Bachimougouni on diet, and evaluate changes in individual food choices. Then, by classifying individuals according to the nutritional quality of their diet, we will estimate the difference in the impact of Bachimougouni according to this nutritional quality.
