I have the honor to submit herewith, in compliance with sec tion 204 of the Election Act of 1898, as amended by chapter 200 of the Acts of 1894, a report of the number of assessed polls, the number of registered male and female voters at the date of the last annual State election and city and town elec tions, and the total number Of persons, both male and female, who voted at each such election In every city and town, and in every voting precinct Of the several cities and towns, together with the number of votes received by each candidate for a State Office at the last annual State election, arranged by cities, towns and districts, as returned to this Office.
In further compliance with the law above quoted, I submit the following suggestions.
