In this research investigation, the author firstly details novel definitions of Frequency Index, Frequency Severity Index and Relative Importance Index. Based on these definitions, the author constructs novel definitions for Optimal Relative Importance Index, Optimal Frequency Severity Index and Optimal Combination Of Any Number Of Distinct Type Of Indices Using A Novel Ensembling Scheme. The concepts of Frequency Index, Frequency Severity Index and Relative Importance Index have been colloquially in use in the Quality Engineering domain and also in fields wherein Qualitative Assessment (Quantification and Comparison) is of prime importance. Also, Ensembling techniques have also been of much importance to capture a holistic picture of the results of a multi-parameter problem. The references section of this research manuscript sheds some light on such Qualitative Quantification, Comparison and Combination.
