Analysis of a sample of the product by the Bureau of Chemistry of this Department showed the following results: Methyl alcohol, per cent by volume; ethyl alcohol, per cent by Volume; the sample was colored with a coal tar dye. (acid Yellow G). This case was reported for prosecution as a violation of the F 00d and Drugs Act but the indictment was found under section 37 of the Criminal Code.
