The material in this book consists of a series of modules that may be undertaken either by an individual, or used by a group and requires no further knowledge than is provided in each module. The work is self-explanatory and easy to engage with. Two themes run through this book. The first discusses the biological and psychodynamic factors that stand as obstacles in the way of effective in meditation. The second describes the simple methods and techniques of meditation used within the Order of Dionysis and Paul.
