We are pleased to present this annual plan of work for the North cal-neva Resource Go ation Development Project. It was approved at our May 25, 1973, executive board meeting in Cedarville following much work and deliberation over sev eral months by the sponsors representatives, resource commit tee members, and agency people who help.
Fiscal year 1974 planning finds us taking a look at our accomplis which are many. In the future we expect that federal funding for measures will be somewhat less and that effort and financial supp local residents and organizations will be more important.
