I am pleased to be here. I have had occasion to meet Mr. Erd reich and know of his past service in the House. I think we are very fortunate to have a person who has served in the House as part of this board, and as you mentioned, he will become the Chair man, and I join you in welcoming him here and know that we'll act very promptly on his nomination.
