She had no idea how to tell the kids, her nieces, that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She began to think maybe other people may have similar struggles. So, she decided to write this book which provides fun and practical guidance on how to communicate with children about breast cancer. It can be read to young or older children. The illustrations are wonderful and there is even an opportunity for children to color.
