Nippy is the story of a young boy, Paul Duncan, and his dog, Nippy. During the 1030s in rural Saskatchewan, Canada, Paul finds himself without a family of his own after his grandmother, who raised him, suddenly dies. Paul and his faithful dog, Nippy, manage to navigate their way through uncertain times after being taken in by Paul's uncle and aunt before finally finding a real family of his own.
Nippy was Jacob G. Janzen (1918 - 2002) 's final piece of writing and it was his dream to have it published.
