Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Nigerian White Collar Crime: Hearing Before the Subcommittee on Africa of the Committee on International Relations, House of Representatives, One Hundred Fourth Congress, Second Session, September 11, 1996
The issue was first brought to my attention by colleagues, friends in the business world in Silicon Valley. Some of them had been vic tims of this fraud. I represent Silicon Valley and I brought it to the attention of Chair ros-lehtinen.
