New Ways for Life™ is designed to reduce bullying in schools and social media, help resolve friendship conflicts, manage family conflicts, eliminate violence at home and in schools, and reduce stress levels.
The Instructor's Guide helps the leader or coach assist the young person in learning the 4 Big Skills that can help anyone for a lifetime:

4) flexible thinking. It provides examples and suggestions for discussion and reflection
