Publisher's Synopsis

The second of three books which cover Key Stage 3 of the revised 1995 National Curriculum. Developed from the original series, the book retains the Core, Reinforcement and Extension structure. It offers a variety of routes through the text and allows differentiation. The less able may only do the Core activities while the more able can begin with the Core but concentrate on Extension work. Regular checkpoints help the teacher identify the correct route for each pupil. The course is based on a range of experimental and investigative activities.
