Publisher's Synopsis
The National Security Law Journal (NSLJ) is a student-edited legal periodical published twice annually at George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. We print timely, insightful scholarship on pressing matters that further the dynamic field of national security law, including topics relating to foreign affairs, intelligence, and national defense. This is Volume 2, Issue 2, released Spring/Summer 2014. This issue features articles that explore the political question doctrine and its impact on targeted killing cases; the challenges of prosecuting online terrorism advocacy; the use of psychological assessments to improve the scrutiny of security clearance applicants; and the implications of recent revisions to Art. 60, UCMJ, which were enacted to address perceived problems with the military's handling of sexual assault cases.
