Our contracts were developed to enable best practice, support flexibility and streamline processes, to deliver real value. The new NEC4 Suite of Contracts now contains updates to all of the contracts and an added NEC3 Design Build Operate Contract (DBO) reflecting the demand for contracts to extend into the operational phase.
