Publisher's Synopsis
This book was created to help families and children learn about their emotions, strategies for mindfulness, and self-regulation through children's innate exploration of the natural world. My own daughter, the neighborhood rock thief, and her friend, who is wise beyond her years, both inspired this book. It is meant to be used as an opportunity to identify feelings, where they are held in our bodies, and to offer strategies to handle these feelings both independently and with loved ones.
