Meditation takes practice and this 90-day journal and guidebook is a great way to get into the practice of regular meditation. As with any new practice or to go deeper into your existing practice, it's always a good idea to document your experiences. This journal serves as both a guide to a regular meditation practice as well as a journal to document your experiences of self-exploration, healing and spiritual guidance. Each day you will have 2 pages dedicated to your practice. There are many ways to meditate, whether it is guided, vipassana, TM (Transcendental Meditation) chanting, listening to music, visualization, or simply walking or following the breath. Any meditation practice that you resonate with and will do regularly, is the best practice for you. Every 10 days I have provided an inspirational image with a tip to help you deepen your practice.
