It's about self-discovery, healing, and the ability to befriend TIME in order to grow. To journal the right way, you must learn to be mindful of your thoughts and write down thoughts that are connected to your real feelings. It's not about the among of words you put down. On the contrary, it is all about the meaningful words you allow your hand to draw down, which you also want to remember. Never rush when writing a meaningful journal. Conscious writing is the key. For this reason, we have developed a language for each line within this journal. You can also use this journal by following the same instructions for a book your are reading or any activity you've decided to historify. As you write your journal: Think, Breathe, and be conscious of your feelings and what you are writing. It may be challenging in the beginning, because you've never done it.
