In this e-book I tell how it is to make a craft beer at home. Detail the first brew without equipment and the following brews of Cream Ale beer.I document all the manufacturing steps with many photos and apply all the knowledge acquired.I describe a recipe and dedicate a chapter only to the equipment, materials and utensils used.Practically all the practical and theoretical knowledge was obtained on the craft beer YouTube channels and for that reason I list at the end of the book the titles of the consulted videos of interest from these Youtubers, also mentioned at the end of the chapter of the first brew. Allied to this I contribute in the manufacture of craft beer with a view to the Good Manufacturing Practices, coming from my professional experience Sanitary in Food and training in Chemical Engineering.This is the first book in a series that will be written at each brew, now with new styles of craft beers.
