An early eighteenth-century critical edition of the 4th-century BCE poet Musaeus of Athens, translated from Greek into Latin. Musaeus' 343-line epyllion is one of the principal sources for myth of Hero and Leander. This copy owned by the 'Dymock poet' Lascelles Abercrombie (1881-1938).
