Publisher's Synopsis
Analytical chemists around the world will find this new dictionary invaluable as a guide to the IUPAC Compendium of Analytical Nomenclature (the Orange Book). The Dictionary takes the form of translations of the combined indexes from the first and second editions of the Compendium. Index entries have been translated into Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Russian and Spanish; and will enable speakers of those languages to access more readily English definitions of the term they are concerned with. All terms are referred back to the original definition in the Compendium.
