In these days of spiraling food costs, it is becoming harder for families to feed their brood for less. The following cookbook attempts to show that a cheap meal does not always have to end in pasta sauce. Enclosed are dozens of recipes for ground meat covering meal ideas for ground beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and turkey. It is in no way meant to be all encompassing, and is more of a beginner's idea book to show you that ground meat can be used in so many different ways. Some of these are my own favorites but do with them as you will. I only hope they inspire you to come up with some family favorites of your own.
