This book constitutes the proceedings of the 11th International Conference on Transport Systems Telematics, TST 2011, held in Katowice-Ustron, Poland, in October 2011. The 47 papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected for inclusion in this book. Transport telematics systems are information technologies that are used in the field of transport, including infrastructure, vehicles and users. Intelligent transport systems are advanced applications that are to provide innovative services for the various modes of transport and traffic management.
