Modernization of the education system in Uzbekistan puts the issues of developing the professional competence of a teacher at one of the leading positions. The concept of a teacher's professional competence therefore expresses the unity of his theoretical and practical readiness in the holistic structure of his personality and characterizes his professionalism.
