Excerpt from Minutes of the Primitive Baptist Correspondence of Eastern North Carolina, 1939
That section 12 of the constitution shall be changed to read as follows: Our correspondence shall endeavor to furnish the churches with minutes of the annual conference meetings, which, the Lord willing, will be held during the month Of October each year, the day of the month and the number of days Of each annual session to be left in the discretion of the respective church with whom each annual meeting shall from time to time be held.
