The General Medical Council has now been in action for more than eleven years; and it may be fairly expected, from the long experience and knowledge of its Members, aided by the information of Members of the Profession generally, that such a mass of information will be collected as, when embodied and impartially analyzed in a Report, will furnish a satisfactory basis for the introduction of a good Bill, and will carry with it an amount of trustworthy information and authority that will insure a general assent to its provisions.
