Today is Sunday, and it's the day when I take the subway to go out every month. Milo took a drawing book and went out with his sister excitedly and anxiously. It was a long subway trip, and to pass the time, Milo carefully observed the passengers around him, like a little artist, imagined their lives, and then painted them. There is a Mr. Beard playing Scrabble, whom Milo pictured playing cards alone in a cluttered apartment; a lady in a wedding dress Milo imagines her to have a grand wedding in a cathedral; Little boy in a suit, drawn by Milo like a prince, riding a carriage back to the castle.
