An inchworm decides to leave his home and explore the world. With encouragement from his friends he inches around, first to the country, then to the city where he gets coned into buying a faulty bike by a shifty cat.. After going broke he inches many miles until he finally gets back to the tree where he has a new outlook, . Not only of the tree but an overall appreciation for his friends and loved ones.
