Hoss has purchased a cattle ranch in Dallas and he has found oil on the property. Carl McCarthy who once owned the property and he has been taking hundreds of barrels of the black gold and selling and shipping them on the railroad to the state of Michigan to a rich man by the name of Henry Ford and the owner of the Ford Motor Company.
