It all happened during a period in time that many considered the best and most uncertain time in history. There was Woodstock, the United States was involved in both the Korean and Vietnamese wars, man landed on the moon, Dr. Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy were both assassinated and civil rights was at the forefront in society at the times. Two guys ( Mic & Sal), crossed paths and soon became the very best of friends and their adventures would begin. Their many adventures became notorious among all that knew them. It was the late sixties and early to mid-seventies. Today, one would have to wonder if some of these stories weren't exaggerated or real. The only way to know what degree of truth is being told, was to have experienced the time with which it all happened. Fast forward to October of 2014 and suddenly everything changed and things as Sam knew them, would never be the same. After suffering a series of strokes that wiped out equilibrium and some speech, Sam was left to depend on some form of device for mobility. When he was released from hospital, to help pass his new found time, he decided to write a book about his two pal's "Mic n' Sal". Since Sam is and was the closest to all the friends (Mic, Sal, Mike and Sam), he was always being encouraged to do some form of documentation. So, then it began, as a few pages, and after about four years, "Mic n' Sal", "the Italians" grew to include their many adventures, and now we have a book with some of their most memorable adventures of their time. The adventures, with all the thrills and excitement began and forged friendships that would last a lifetime.
