For the nations to prosper, for the nations to come to unity and harmony, there must be a nation to serve them, a Servant-Nation. And this is something we have not allowed for at all in our construction of the United Nations or any international body. We have not allowed for the idea of a nation to be at the service of the others and the means of mediating between them. And yet, this is the vision which was given of old, and which has become more and more significant as time has passed.
