In setting down a few of the statements, which are not, how ever, the most important, I feel myself in the predicament of one who knows enough to convince him of their truth, while yet he feels himself without the means of formally establishing them to the conviction of others. To everything there is a time; and as to the third of the Four Brethren, it must now be admitted, however regretfully, that the time for doing justice to his life had passed away before the deed was determined on.
