As fôrmas de contar pelas moedas imaginarias dos antigos Soldos de prata duraram pouco mais ou menos em Leão até o anno de 1160 e em Castella até 1221 representando estes o pezo de no venta e seis gr., e quatro destes Soldas compunham um Maravedi de prata, que devia equivaler ao pezo de cinco oitavas e vinte e quatro gr. Porém era moeda de conta e imaginaria.
