The aim of this pamphlet is to stimulate public interest in having in each county a superintendent of health who in addition to performing the custom ary duties shall conduct a thorough medical inspection of the public schools and school children. It intends to show that in failing to provide such an inspection we are not conserving the life of our future citizens, our greatest Wealth, but that in this particular we are falling behind many states and countries.
