Me and the Mental is a memoir about the certain traumatic experiences that author Gary Rothlein had dealt with during the times in which there was no escape. In the writings of his book, there are details about how the experiences of the author had happened, insights, such as criticisms and personal evaluation, and how those experiences shaped his present.
