Magnulf Pedderson had had enough of an arrogant, dictatorial Alpha and left his pack, the Wintercrest Guardians, only to run into his mate at a truck stop. Camila-Rocio Lobos was on her way right back into the territory with Blood Moon Carnival. Unable to leave his new mate, he follows her back to his former pack, where the Alpha is angry at him, waiting to pounce. But those of Blood Moon have a long-standing grudge against this Alpha, and the whole thing is about to blow sky-high. All Magnulf wants to do is be able to mate with Camila, but life is more complicated than that, with rebellions, danger, and treason brewing all around them.
