This Manual of the statutes of Massachusetts relating to public health con tains all health legislation enacted up to and including the year/1907. It has been prepared for the use of local boards of health, and others directly or indirectly interested in public health problems. Under each section of the laws presented will be found references to such Supreme Judicial Court decisions as may affect it in any way, and in the Appendix the more important of these decisions are given. It has been deemed advisable to exclude those which later legislation or changed condi tions have rendered obsolete.
