Excerpt from Manual of Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Forestry
One of the three persons first to be appointed members of said board by the Governor shall be appointed for a term of one year one for a term of two years and one for a term of three years, and as and when the terms of the members of said Board first appointed shall ex pire, their successors 'shall be appointed for terms of fours years each.
The three members of said board to be appointed by the Govern or before entering upon-the discharge of their duties, shall each take oath of office prescribed by the Constitution of the State.
