Reversals are one of the most common handwriting issues in young children, and despite a variety of
tricks to try, sometimes they just do not work.
As a mother, I discovered this issue with my daughter during the lockdown in the Covid pandemic,
where I was helping her to read and write remotely from home. I researched many ways to teach her
letter reversals that were enjoyable and would avoid her feeling frustrated. Until finally, we found the
perfect solution.
As the inspiration of my story and the main character, she uses her new skill to teach children that
fear and confusion can be conquered in an excitably fun way.
