He is currently the pastor of the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Safety Harbor, FL and serves in leadership in the South Florida Progressive Baptist Association. He has previously served as instructor of Systematic Theology for the Interdenominational Ministers Union. Pastor Smith is married and is father to seven children. He resides in St. Petersburg, FL.
