This weight loss and gratitude journal is the compantion notebook to "Zen and the Art of Weight Loss" and is designed to help you track health and weight loss changes.
By tracking your progress, you are reminded daily of how far you've come- and of the of the rewards you can look forward to when you achieve your goals! In addition to progress tracking, this journal also contains space to record the things that you are grateful for- as happiness is scientifically correlated with weight loss. And gratitude is correlated with happiness. So, in a round about way, gratitude is associated with weight loss!
Each day, write out:
- Your weekly goal
- Any progress you have made towards it
- Your weekly or monthly reward.
- It is also helpful to write five (or more) things that you are grateful for each day.
