This book is Ming-Wei Chang's Master Thesis of Graduate Institute for Social Transformation Studies, Shih Hsin University, Taiwan. Being a senior tourist guide, Ming-Wei has made a sophisticated research based on his expertise following the three issues: 1. Mainland tourists to Taiwan's impact on the tourism industry in Taiwan; 2. The Taiwan-related effects on employees of the tourism industry in Taiwan; 3. Satisfaction and Revisit Intention by Mainland tourists after visiting Taiwan. The study found that after the opening of the mainland tourist market, the possitive impact will such as: promoting tourism resources in a reasonable allocation shall not only increase the growth of tourism population but also enhance Taiwan's gross domestic product (GDP), and enlarge the market size of employment rate by summarizing two impacts: Tourism Industry and Tourism Emploment Rate.
