Publisher's Synopsis
In the first part of the study of this ancient text, we focused on the author's mapping of the evolution of mathematics. In this part, we focused on areas related to mechanics: Physics, biology, computing, economics and chess. We included his mapping of chess rules as nothing else explains Newton's strange laws of motion, especially the law stating that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Newton seems to have been speaking in code. Did the apple bounce back up to the tree when it fell to the ground?
