This example features Lucy Innes Williams' rich gouache work Purple Garden House. Lucy Innes Williams is a painter and illustrator with an artistic interest in highly ornate textiles, patterns and the decorative arts of the early-mid twentieth century. She uses a combination of gouache, watercolour and printmaking.
