Publisher's Synopsis
All three films from Lucio Fulci's horror trilogy. In 'City of the Living Dead' (1980) a priest commits suicide in a cemetery and a young New York girl goes into a trance. Somehow these two seemingly unrelated events cause the dead to rise up and terrorise the living in a small Massachusetts town. In 'The Beyond' (1981) Liza Merril (Katriona MacColl) inherits a rundown Louisiana hotel and decides to restore it to its former glory. But the renovation work gets held up by a series of bizarre murders involving killer dogs and zombies, and this leads Liza to suspect that something might be wrong. Aided by her friend, Dr. John McCabe (David Warbeck), she begins to investigate and soon discovers that her hotel is built on the gateway to hell. In 'The House By the Cemetery' (1981) a middle-class family move to a house in New England and find that the previous tenant, a mad scientist who's supposed to be dead, is still on the premises...
