This CD-ROM companion to the "London Dysmorphology Database", the "London Neurogenetics Database" covers in more substantial detail clinical neurological features, neuroradiology, neurophysiology, and neuropathology including nerve and muscle biopsy findings. Details of 2681 syndromes involving the central and peripheral nervous system are held in the Windows version and there are 25,806 references. The database is simple to use and has a variety features. The user can browse or search for the syndromes, features, and references supplied. Searches can be combined or progressively refined, and the user can print or save searches simply by clicking the mouse.;Systems requirements are: Windows: Windows 3.1 or Windows 95. 486PC with 33MHz or full compatible, 8Mb RAM VGA monitor with 256 colours set at 640 x 480 (SVGA highly recommended). The database takes approximately 33Mb.
