Publisher's Synopsis

The Windows 1998 edition of the "London Dysmorphology Database" (LDDB) now contains information on 3012 non-chromosomal, multiple congenital anomaly syndromes. There are also 27,843 references. The database is simple to use and has many invaluable features. The user can browse or search for the syndromes, features, and references supplied. Searches can be combined or progressively refined, and you can print or save searches at the click of a mouse. LDDB arose from the need to diagnose and provide genetic counselling for the hundreds of rare multiple congenital malformation syndromes. Work began on the database in 1981 with the intention of ascertaining the majority of reported syndromes in the literature.;System requirements: Windows 3.1, Windows 95 or Windows NT. 486 PC with 33MHz or full compatible. 8Mb of RAM.
