Publisher's Synopsis
Welcome to my journey, fueled by those who have come before me and left clues as to how we can not only experience our lives, but how we can thrive in any and all situations, especially painful ones. The worst situations we find ourselves in can be the best teachers and guides for our growth moving forward.
By following through with the suggestions in this book you will begin to see slow, but steady, transformation:
- Pause in all of your conversations and dealings with yourself and with others.
- Implement prayers and meditation so that you can get still enough, and quiet enough, to begin hearing the whispers of the Soul.
- Implement a workout regime, such as yoga, that releases trapped emotion to create space for new positive emotions. Remember, emotion is
- Let go of fear and control by accepting 'what is' and being in the moment.
- Believe in your divine worthiness and remind yourself of it on a moment-to-moment basis.
- Believe in and remind yourself of the fact that you are not limited by your self-esteem-remind yourself-you are an infinite being with infinite possibilities.
- Rather than living in regret and shame of the past, embrace your experiences so as to be a guiding light for others.
- Realize that the future is merely a continuation of the present moment. To worry about the future is to reject the present moment. By fully embracing the present we ensure that the future will be one of our choosing.
- Understand that you cannot act on fear and love simultaneously. When faced with the choice, choose Love because where there is love, there is not fear-and vice versa.
- Work towards fulfillment every day!
- Embrace pain as a catalyst for growth.
- In relationships, promote and nurture the individuality of self and of others.
- Be Okay 'Even If.'
I am excited to share these life changing principles with you. They are all based on personal experience and shared through the eyes of the amazing insights that brought them to life in my learning and growing journey.
Let's get started! See you on the inside.
Peace and Blessings,
David
