In the above figures it will be noticed that the total number of creameries established has not been large. 011 the other hand the points at which they are located have been so wisely chosen and the market afforded by them has proven so satisfactory that the increase in the number Of patrons and the total output of butter as shown above is for a new province almost phenomenal. It is also significant that no creamery has been established under the supervision of the Saskatchewan Government which has not proven successful.
