The authors of the series are Dominic J. Potts, Esq., J.D. and his wife Mena E. Potts, MSW, Ph.D. Author Dominic Potts is a retired award-winning, precedent-setting medical-legal trial attorney with doctoral studies in classical rhetoric, dialectics and forensics conducted under a doctoral fellowship granted by the University of Pittsburgh.
Author Mena E. Potts has a masterrs degree in psychiatric social worker and was awarded the first ever doctorate in The Psychology of Dreams and Dreaming. She developed the first Mental Health Service in Jefferson County, Ohio, developed the first Head Start Program, first Community Action Council Program and first Family Services Professional Conseling Service in Jefferson County, Ohio.
While litigating against powerful insurance companies on behalf of his clients, the author Dominic Potts employed classical rhetorical principles from his doctoral studies and developed his new methodology of language-usage in order to become more persuasive in his arguments to the court and final summation to a jury. The authors' trademarked language-methodology, "Linguadynamics," proved that during internecine litigational warfare with financially-powerful insurance companies, "Language power eclipsed financial power."
